I still do not recommend to use it on servers, where more than 1 instance of it can be spawned, specially if have low-end PC. I tested it on my local server, and spawning 4 of it doesn't cause any crashes. As it stands right now, the model is 80k+ verteces/polys. Warning: I really pushed the limits with this model to preserve it's quality as much as possible. It doesn't have as many voice clips, but maybe I'll get to that in the future. Same as with any other Rochelle model mods, you can use my Jill Valentine Voice Mod in conjunction with this one, if you want the voice too. The only reason I could stand re3 remake in the first place is because I found this mod.Īlso, if this trend continues, you are not getting any more model mods from me. Sasha is a beatiful woman, and could have portrayed another standalone character in the franchise, but she's NOT Jill Valentine. If that's the case, you can hate on Julia as much as you want, but she will forever be one true Jill Valentine for me and for many other fans of the character, who grew up with her as the face model. My only assumption on such negativity is Sasha Zotova fan bois. Zoey version is possible, depending on the demand and the reception on this one.ĭue to mixed reception on this mod, (this is the worst rated model mod I have right now) I won't be doing Zoey version. I'm not very good with PS or any other image editing software. This is relevant for all of my survivors mods btw.
So I will consider any images you may propose and may update the mod with those, if I like them. I also did not bother much with lobby pictures. Feel free to make your suggestions about what can be fit in there. I adjusted the attachments, but she still has at least two "holsters" that are of no use. She also has some minor clipping issues that I'm willing to overlook, but since I myself use this mod right now, future updates are to be made, as I find more issues. I did my best to replicate her physics from the original game, but it isn't perfect. After 10+ years I switched from her Battle Suit outfit to this one, and I will be using it for a while. Did my best to preserve it's quality, and I totally love how she turned out. Physics (AKA Jiggle bones) for the hair, amulet and equipment on the torso Now that's an unfortunate parallel. This mod will replace Rochelle to Jill Valentine in her default outfit from Resident Evil 3 Remake, but with Julia Voth's face. But I can't shake the feeling the Resident Evil 3 remake was rushed - as its original was. The source material is - and I think this is the perceived wisdom - simply not as good as the original Resident Evil 2.
"There are no alternate endings to chase, no story-altering choices to make, no new game plus mode. Downtown Raccoon City is, unfortunately, not the expansive, multi-layered stalk-fest I'd hoped it would be," Wes added. However, while "the hospital level, whose tone rekindles memories of Resident Evil 2's police department, is fantastically unnerving", "for every super cool area in the Resident Evil 3 remake, there are two areas that fail to inspire.
While feeling as though he's "coming down a little too hard on the Resident Evil 3 remake" in the Eurogamer review, Wes admitted his "expectations were set with the incredible Resident Evil 2 remake in mind", adding "Jill is a triumphant character, and there are moments of genuine brilliance here". But here it is anyway, creeping into your dreams and soaking up your sanity.Īll we need now is a Zippy mod and I may never sleep ever again.
Here, have a look (thanks, Comic Book):ĭid someone specifically ask for this? Who knows. There's been some incredible (and terrifying) Resident Evil 3 mods - Wes did a fab round-up just a few days back - but here's some new nightmare fuel for you: protagonist Jill Valentine as Isabelle from Animal Crossing.Ĭreated by "Crazy Potato" - because "Jill is a fan" apparently - the mod is ostensibly a mask, but given the way Isabelle's head sits firmly on Jill's shoulders, I'm not so sure.
